Service Desk Agent - Dutch speaking

 

Our team offers user level IT service desk support for the employees of our client company based in the US. When you join our team, you will get 1-month training and afterwards act as first point of contact for the employees of our client company. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.


Responsibilities:

● You will take Dutch and English calls and handle incoming emails
● Show customers that you care and help find a solution to their user level IT related questions
● Keep track of everything by precise administration
● Work together with the resolving group in case of complex cases
● Make sure you keep the client up-to-date and follow up ongoing cases

 

Requirements:

● Upper-intermediate of Dutch language skills
● Upper-intermediate English language skills
● Customer focused attitude
● Fresh graduates are also welcome
● Excellent communication skills
