Billing Implementation Associate

 

The role of the Global Billing Services team is to provide first-class billing services to multinational customers globally for various innovative telecom products. Timeliness, quality of billing and customer satisfaction are our main goals. As a member of our team you will have the opportunity to work independently in fast-growing environment and contribute to an exciting billing transformation project.

 

Main Responsibilities:

● Co-ordinate and implement new Enterprise customers onto a centralized billing platform
● Act as liaison point between the local market’s billing and account teams and other Enterprise functions (e.g. sales, technical support & finance teams) across multiple locations
● Resolve billing related queries
● Prepare customer implementation project plans and schedules
● Develop and improve customer implementation processes
● Ensure clear lines of communications between customers, partners and internal departments and teams
● Obtain, prepare and present relevant documentation to defined quality standards

 

Requirements:

● Fluent English is a must
● Experience in customer service/finance/business environment or equivalent
● Experience in project management or implementation
● Good IT skills (MS Office), particularly Excel
● Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills
● Good analytical skills and attention to details
● Experience in billing process is an advantage
● Experience working in the telecoms industry is a big advantage
