Currently we are looking for candidates for the following role:


Senior Social Media Specialist


Role purpose:

The scope will be managing the delivery and analysis of social media activities for the rapidly expanding new Marketing sub team.



● Manage Social Media channels (primarily Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook) and define strategy for them
● Identify and engage with Influencers, replying to their posts, sharing content they posted and investigating their areas of interest which can be relevant to the company
● Track and report posts, campaigns and channel performance using software such as Oracle SRM, Hootsuite or LinkedIn Sales Navigator according to previously defined KPIs
● Social listening – looking for new contacts to be added to marketing database using social listening tools
● Looking for new trends, topics and areas of interest to be included in marketing content
● Examine the company's target segments' presence in requested Social Media platforms and manage social profiling by collecting information and building profiles
● Monitor and analyse competitors' performance to establish an industry Social Media benchmark
● Create profile documents based on social research on targeted accounts or people



● Fluent or near native English language skills
● 3 - 5 years of working experience in digital marketing, including at least 3 year experience in social media management
● Strong computer skills with experience of key MS Office applications
● Knowledge of usage of social media channels (ex. Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter etc.)
● Experience in B2B social media position is an advantage
● Strong analytical skills, ability to efficiently work with raw data and deliver meaningful insights for stakeholders
● Open to new solutions and searching for innovative ways to engage with customers in the digital space
● Can communicate clearly within a cross-functional and global team environment
● Forward looking can do attitude
