Sales Reporting Specialist


RED Edge Inside Sales is a Shared Service sales team that operates across a number of our partner’s Operating Companies (OpCo’s) from a base in Ireland, Spain and Hungary with operations across Europe. This role is about executing data analytics and ad-hoc reporting in order to support both the Sales Operations Managers and the Sales Community. It is also a task to monitor sales tools to ensure that quality and content is according to agreed KPIs. Triggering commission payment based on validation is also the Sales reporting Associate’s responsibility.


What you will do:

● Create weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports supporting the Sales Operations Managers and Sales Community’s work
● Assist the Sales Community in commercial/sales related ad-hoc requests from the company’s biggest multinational customers
● Managing stakeholder queries for CRM system & Sales Assistant, including but not limited to system support, reporting requirements, process best practice
● Coordinate with Salesforce.com support to achieve high quality reports
● Support or manage process improvement projects to ensure the Sales community are operating in a way that is consistent and efficient at all times
● Support data quality improvement initiatives


This job is for you if you have:

● You have fluent English skills (both in written and spoken)
● At least one year experience in a similar role Sales reporting role
● You have advanced Excel skills, also VBA knowledge is an advantage
● Excellent communication skills
● Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail is essential for this role
● Multi-tasking comes naturally
