Clinical research, Patient Helpdesk Agent -Spanish speaking


Permanent position
Working hours: 8 am to 5 pm during weekdays (8 hours daily, 5 days per week)
Remote work is available!

Our client is an American technology company that develops and markets software as service solutions for clinical trials.

Their customers include pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and diagnostic companies; academic and government institutions.

Your responsibilities will be:

● Receiving Patient calls regarding the client product
● Ticket creation/Categorization / Prioritization
● Ticket escalation to respective Support Group
● Incident resolution and recovery
● Ticket Closure
● Working hours are between 8 am to 5 pm, 8 hours work daily with lunch break and breaks in between

Required skills:

● Graduate / Post Graduate degree in Life-Science domain or relevant Clinical
● experience (for example as a nurse or in pharma)
● You must have experience in customer service/ call center or in previous helpdesk position
● Good spoken and written English AND Spanish

The followings are an advantage:
● GCP and Medical device experience is an added advantage
